摘要
心理学上有两种评价方式,不同的评价方式对评价对象的心理会产生不同的影响。常模参照评价会引导学生与同类做比较,关心的是自己的名次和地位,而不是对学习内容的掌握程度;领域参照评价则会引导学生关注应该掌握的内容而不是自己在班上的名次和地位。因此,学校应该提倡教师引导学生在对自己的评价中多采用领域参照而不是常模参照。
There are two kinds of evaluation in psychology. Different evaluatio n has different effects on objects' minds. Norm-referenced test may lead object s to comparing them with their classmates, and they care only for their ranks bu t not for mastering knowledge. But domain-referenced test makes them to be inter ested in knowledge but not in rank. So we suggest that teachers should encourage students to evaluate them by domain-referenced but not norm-referenced test.
