菠萝采摘装置手持切力机构动力学分析 被引量:6

摘要 为了减少菠萝采摘人员的劳动强度,提高采摘效率,研制了一种集杠杆和曲柄滑块机构于一体的轻量便携、结构简单的菠萝采摘装置。该装置将手持力与下压力通过传力机构带动夹持及切力机构实现切割功能,文中对传力机构进行了理论计算、仿真及试验测试,优化得出了样机参数。试验结果表明机构的传力、切割性能良好,并验证了切割运动轨迹的可行性。 In order to reduce the labor intensity of pineapple pickers and improve the picking efficiency,a portable pineapple-picking device is worked out in this article.The device adopts a combination of lever and crank-slider mechanism,which is lightweight,portable and simple in structure.With the aid of the force-transmission mechanism,both the hand-held force and the downward force are applied,so that the clamping and shearing mechanisms have the function of cutting.The theoretical calculation,simulation and experimental tests of the transmission mechanism are carried out,and the prototype parameters are optimized.The experimental results show that the force transmission and cutting performance of the mechanism are favorable,and the cutting trajectory is feasible.
