2ZBL-90双行菠萝种植机设计与试验 被引量:4

摘要 为提升菠萝机械化种植能力,在分析研究现有果蔬移栽技术及菠萝种植技术的基础上,设计2ZBL-90双行菠萝种植机,能一次完成菠萝苗的施肥、旋耕、起垄、覆膜、移栽等作业工序。通过实验室测量统计分析菠萝苗形态参数,优化设计施肥关键部件以及旋耕起垄和移栽部件。试验结果表明:菠萝苗标准化后长度15~30 cm,直径10~15 cm,苗型锥角21°~30°;螺旋叶片直径100 mm、螺距60 mm、转速控制在15 r/min为宜;2ZBL-90双行菠萝种植机种植株距及深度符合种植需求,合格率均在95%以上,种苗直立状态良好,可达到种植要求。 In order to improve the pineapple mechanized planting ability,based on the analysis of the existing fruit and vegetable transplanting technology and pineapple planting technology,a 2 ZBL-90 double row pineapple planter was designed and trial produced,which can complete the fertilization,rotary tillage,ridging,film mulching,transplanting,and other operation procedures for pineapple seedlings at one time.The morphological parameters of pineapple seedlings were measured and statistically analyzed,the key components of fertilization and rotary tillages and transplant parts were optimized.The results showed that the length of pineapple seedling was 15-30 cm,the width was 10-15 cm,the conic angle of seedling type was 21°-30°,the diameter of spiral blade was 100 mm,the pitch was 60 mm,and the rotation speed was controlled at 15 r/min.The planting spacing and depth of the 2 ZBL-90 pineapple seedling transplanter met the planting requirements.The qualified rate was more than 95%,and the seedlings were in a good upright state,which could meet the planting requirements.
