摘要
职业教育产教融合是国家促进经济社会协调发展和人才开发的整体性制度安排,关注其效能生成问题是对这一国家战略实施效果的积极回应。对于职业教育产教融合效能内涵的解读,需要嵌入到需求导向、目标导向、问题导向、结果导向的有机统一中,同时借助管理学、组织学和社会学等视角,据此寻求产教融合效能生成的操作框架。整体看,实现整体性治理是产教融合效能评价的政策价值遵循,建构效能生成模型是职业教育产教融合效能评价的理论价值意蕴,提升资源使用效率与效益是职业教育产教融合效能评价的实践意旨,指标的分类与分层、指标的逻辑与质量、指标的获得与比较是效能评价指标选择要关注的三个关键点。
The industry-education integration in vocational education is an overall institutional arrangement to promote coordinated economic and social development and talent development. Paying attention to its effectiveness and efficiency is a positive response to the effect of national strategy. The interpretation of the effectiveness and efficiency of industry-education integration needs to be embedded in the organic unity of demand-oriented, goal-oriented, problem-oriented, and result-oriented. At the same time, with the help of the perspectives of management, organization and sociology, it seeks an operational framework for the effectiveness and effectiveness and efficiency generation of industry-education integration.
