摘要
推进产教融合的核心是实现高校教育链、人才链与企业产业链、创新链(简称"四链")的有机衔接。从网络链接视角分析"四链"之间的内在关联性,探究促进产教融合"四链"有机衔接的政策补链、收益强链、服务延链与生态固链的网络链接结构,通过协同思想探讨政府赋能中的政策协同、收益协同、多主体跨界协同与标准协同机制。研究表明,领先企业产业链、创新链与高校教育链之间的有机衔接是深化产教融合、协同育人项目的关键,加强产教融合物理链接新基建和协同软实力建设是推进产教融合"四链"有机衔接的基础性保障,对化解产教鸿沟现象起到关键性作用。
The core of promoting the integration of industry and education is to realize the organic connection of university education chain,talent chain,enterprise industry chain and innovation chain.From the perspective of network link,this paper analyzes the internal relationship between the"four chains",explores the network link structure of policy supplement chain,income strong chain,service extension chain and ecological fixed chain to promote the organic connection of the"four chains"in the integration of industry and education,and probes into the mechanism of policy coordination,multi-agent cross-border coordination,income coordination and standard coordination in government empowerment through the idea of coordination.The research shows that the key to deepening the project of industry education integration and collaborative education lies in the organic connection among industry chain,innovation chain and university education chain of leading enterprises.Strengthening the construction of new infrastructure and collaborative soft power of physical links of industry education integration is the basic guarantee to promote the organic connection of"four chains"of industry education integration,which plays a key role in resolving the gap between industry and education.
