摘要
推进技能型社会建设是服务国家经济社会发展新格局的重大决策。在技能型社会建设背景下,“前途广阔、大有可为”与“不同类型、同等重要”的定位,为职业教育高质量发展提供了新思路。新形势下,亟需以新发展格局为目标、以产教融合为基础、以“德技并修”为原则,助力职业教育从跟跑到领跑的高质量转变。在推进策略上,应从“职教高考”制度、“技融于产”形式、“国家资历框架”出发,畅通职业教育内部衔接通道、革新传统职业教育认知趋向、推进职业教育人才培育体系建设,加快推进职业教育高质量发展。
Promoting the construction of skilled society is a major decision to serve the new pattern of national economic and social development.In the context of building skilled society,the positioning of“broad prospects and promising”and“different types and equally important”provides a new idea for the high-quality development of vocational education.Under the new situation,there is an urgent need to take the new development pattern as the goal,the industry-education integration as the basis,and the principle of“simultaneous cultivation of morality and technology”to help the high-quality transformation of vocational education.In terms of promotion strategy selection,it is necessary to speed up the high-quality development of vocational education from the aspects of“vocational education college entrance examination”system,“technology integration in production”form,and“national qualification framework”,unblocking the internal connection channel of vocational education,innovating the cognitive trend of traditional vocational education and promoting the construction of vocational education talent cultivation system.
