摘要
目的探讨住院老年慢阻肺患者采用综合性肺康复护理计划的效果。方法选择2018年1月—2020年1月浙江省宁波市鄞州人民医院140例住院老年慢阻肺患者为研究对象,采用双盲法分组标准分成观察组和对照组,每组70例。观察组予综合性肺康复护理计划,对照组予常规护理。比较分析两组肺功能指标、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分。结果观察组护理后FEV1(70.84±3.17)%、FEV1/FVC(76.35±4.12)%高于对照组(60.23±2.71)%、(62.52±2.68)%,差异有统计学意义(t=21.285,P<0.05;t=23.542,P<0.05);护理后观察组呼吸症状评分(14.42±2.26)分、活动受限评分(7.76±1.05)分、疾病影响评分(13.32±2.49)分低于对照组(16.89±1.74)分、(8.78±1.34)分、(15.60±1.99)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.245,P<0.05;t=5.013,P<0.05;t=5.985,P<0.05)。结论综合性康复护理计划应用在住院老年慢阻肺患者中效果显著,值得推荐。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive lung rehabilitation nursing plan on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 140 elderly patients with COPD in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by double-blind grouping standard,with 70 cases in each group.The observation group was given comprehensive lung rehabilitation nursing plan,while the control group was given routine nursing.The lung function indexes and SGRQ scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,FEV1(70.84±3.17)%,FEV1/FVC(76.35±4.12)%in observation group were higher than those in control group(60.23±2.71)%,(62.52±2.68)%,with statistically significant difference(t=21.285,P<0.05;t=23.542,P<0.05);After nursing,the respiratory symptom score(14.42±2.26),activity limitation score(7.76±1.05),disease impact score(13.32±2.49)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(16.89±1.74),(8.78±1.34),(15.60±1.99),and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.245,P<0.05;t=5.013,P<0.05;t=5.985,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing plan in hospitalized elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)has significant effect,which is worthy of recommendation.
