摘要
目的探究康复护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称“慢阻肺”)护理中的应用效果。方法从2021年1月至2022年2月期间我院收治老年慢阻肺疾病患者中选取80例作为研究对象,采取数字随机表法将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组40例采取常规护理,观察组40例在常规护理的基础上实施康复护理,对两组患者的疾病认知评分、心理状态、生活质量、护理满意度、肺功能指标及自我管理水平进行比较。结果观察组护理后疾病认知评分高于对照组,观察组护理后焦虑(SAS)与抑郁(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(97.50%)高于对照组(85.00%),差异显著(P<0.05);观察组肺功能指标优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组护理后健康知识水平、自我概念、自护责任感及自我护理技能均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对老年慢阻肺疾病患者,在护理中实施康复护理,有助于改善患者负性情绪与肺功能指标,提高生活质量,并提升患者对疾病认知程度,提高自我管理水平,具有一定推广价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Eighty elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital from January 2021 to February 2022were selected as the research object.They were divided into control group and observation group by digital random table method.40 cases in the control group were given routine nursing,and 40 cases in the observation group were given rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The disease cognitive score,psychological state,quality of life,nursing satisfaction Lung function indexes and self-management level were compared.Results The scores of disease cognition in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(85.00%)(P<0.05);The indexes of pulmonary function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The level of health knowledge,self-concept,self-care responsibility and self-care skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the implementation of rehabilitation nursing in nursing can help to improve the patients’negative emotion and pulmonary function indicators,improve the quality of life,improve the patients’cognition of the disease and improve the level of self-management,which has a certain popularization value.
