摘要
目的探究综合康复护理措施应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中对其肺功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月期间到我院受诊的80例老年慢阻肺疾病患者作为此次研究的对象。根据数字表将患者分为对照组40例(进行老年慢阻肺常规护理)和研究组40例(在常规护理基础上实施综合康复护理措施),比较两组患者护理后肺功能改善情况。结果研究组患者FEV1、FVC/FEV1、PaCO2、PaO2等肺功能指标明显优于对照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理措施相比,综合康复护理措施应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中能帮助患者更快地恢复肺功能,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures on pulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods From January 2017 to December2018,80 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)were divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)which were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The improvement of pulmonary function after nursing was compared between the two groups.Results The pulmonary function indexes such as FEV1,FVC/FEV1,PaCO2,PaO2 in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can help patients recover pulmonary function more quickly,and the clinical effect is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
