摘要
目的探讨综合性肺康复护理计划对住院老年慢阻肺护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年2月至2020年3月在本院住院治疗的96例老年慢阻肺患者的临床资料,根据护理方式的不同分为研究组与对照组,各48例。对照组患者使用传统的常规呼吸道疾病护理方式进行干预,研究组患者在常规护理的基础上通过综合性肺康复护理计划进行干预,比较两组患者的负面情绪评分、生活质量评分、肺功能指标及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者负面情绪评分比较差异无统计学意义;护理后,研究组抑郁、焦虑评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义;护理后,两组患者生活质量评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者肺功能指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者对护理工作的满意度为97.92%(47/48),高于对照组的81.25%(39/48),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在为住院老年慢阻肺患者进行护理时,予以综合性肺康复护理计划可以进一步提高护理质量,改善患者肺功能指标,提高患者生活质量和对护理工作的满意度,值得在住院老年慢阻肺患者的临床护理工作中予以借鉴和应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing plan in the nursing of inpatients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods The clinical data of 96 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received traditional conventional respiratory disease nursing methods for intervention,and patients in the study group received a comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing plan on the basis of conventional nursing.The negative emotion scores,quality of life scores,lung function indicators and nursing care of the two groups of patients Satisfaction is compared.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in negative emotion scores between the two groups of patients;after nursing,the depression and anxiety scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups of patients;after nursing,the quality of life scores of the two groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lung function indexes of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the study group to nursing work was 97.92%(47/48),which was higher than 81.25%(39/48)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When nursing in-patient elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,a comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing plan can further improve
