摘要
目的研究慢性阻塞性肺气肿伴呼吸衰竭患者应用心理护理干预的价值。方法浙江省绍兴市越城区人民医院2018年1月—2019年6月收治的慢性阻塞性肺气肿伴呼吸衰竭患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组加用强化心理护理。比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑和抑郁情绪评分,比较患者干预后的依从性评分及护理满意度评分。结果焦虑和抑郁情绪评分对比,干预前组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后试验组评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。依从性及满意度评分比较,试验组均高于对照组且差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺气肿伴呼吸衰竭患者的护理中,强化心理护理能更好地帮助患者改善不良情绪,并促使患者治疗依从性及满意度提升,临床价值较高。
Objective To study the value of psychological nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive emphysema with respiratory failure.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,100 patients with chronic obstructive emphysema with respiratory failure were randomly selected into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the experimental group was treated with intensive psychological nursing.The scores of anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups before and after intervention,and the compliance scores and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of the experimental group were compared with those of the experimental group(P>0.05).all lower than the control group and the difference test P<0.05.Compliance and satisfaction scores were compared,the test group was higher than the control group and the difference test was all P<0.05.Conclusion In the nursing of patients with chronic obstructive emphysema and respiratory failure,intensive psychological nursing can better help the patients to improve their bad mood,and promote the patients’treatment compliance and satisfaction,and the clinical value is high.
