摘要
目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病康复护理自我管理对患者肺功能的改善作用。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年9月无锡市惠山区第三人民医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例为观察对象,根据随机信封法分成对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予康复护理自我管理干预,比较两组患者肺功能、生活质量与满意度。结果:干预后,两组患者呼气峰值流速、用力肺活量、1 s用力呼气量均提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组身体功能、心理功能、健康状态、社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复护理自我管理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的应用效果显著,利于患者肺功能改善,提升预后质量,增加患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing self-management for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on the improvement of patients'pulmonary function.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the Wuxi Huishan District Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as observation subjects.According to the randomized envelope method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing self-management intervention to compare the lung function,quality of life and satisfaction of patients in both groups.Results:After the intervention,the peak expiratory flow rate,forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in 1 s of patients in both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical function,psychological function,health status,and social function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of rehabilitation nursing self-management intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease facilitates the improvement of lung function,enhances prognosis quality,and increases patients'recognition of nursing services.
