摘要
运用Citespace软件对2009—2018年中国知网上我国农村宅基地退出的发文量、作者、机构、时间分布、研究热点和趋势进行可视化信息分析。结果表明:(1)农村宅基地退出研究领域近10年研究分为缓慢增长阶段、平稳增长阶段和快速增长阶段3个阶段。(2)研究作者和机构网络呈较松散的布局,且合作产出较少。(3)研究演进中的热点日益凸显,逐渐从单一视角转向多元视角研究,研究主题可聚类为宅基地、城镇化、农村宅基地制度、有偿退出、农村宅基地、农村宅基地退出、改革试点和增减挂钩8大类别。未来研究方向:扩大农村宅基地退出研究范围,增强分析结果的可信度和提出对策的适用性;加强跨学科、跨地区和跨机构之间的研究主体合作;将模式和选择主体(农户)相匹配,探索构建适用于各类农户的模式。
This paper used Citespace software to analyze the documents published,authors,organizations,time distribution,hot research and trend visualization information of rural homestead exit in 2009—2018.The results showed that the research of rural homesteads exited in the past 10 years were mainly divided into three stages:Slow growth stage,steady growth stage and rapid growth stage;Researchers and institutional networks were relatively loose,with less cooperative output;And the hot spots in the evolution of research were increasingly prominent,gradually shifting from a single perspective to multi-perspective research;Research topics could be clustered into homesteads,urbanization,and rural housing site,paid exit,rural homestead,rural homestead exit,reform pilot and increase or decrease are linked to 8 categories.The future research direction:Expanding the scope of the withdrew from the study of house-site in the countryside,improve the credibility of the results of the analysis and put forward countermeasures of applicability;Strengthen the interdisciplinary,cross-regional and interagency cooperation research subject;The pattern choice subject(farmers)and pattern matching,various types of model should be applicable to farmers.
