具体分析了目前宅基地使用权转让中的问题,进而得出农村宅基地使用权应自由转让的结论。
The problems in the usufruct transfer rural sites of houses were concretely analyzed. And a conclusion that the usufruct of rural sites of houses should be transferred freely was drawn.
