翻转课堂联合互联网技术在临床护理教学实践中的应用进展 被引量:6

摘要 翻转课堂在互联网等技术手段的辅助下,近年来在护理临床教育中取得了良好的教学效果。本文从教学内容选择、培训形式、个性化教学设计、效果评价等方面对翻转课堂联合互联网技术在临床护理教学实践的应用现状做一综述。在教学内容选择上,翻转课堂更偏向于有条理,有章可依的知识点和理论内容;在翻转式护理临床查房中,往往主张选择罕见症、急危重症或复合病例;翻转教学模式在护理教学中具有培训对象广、适用于多学科等优点;基于互联网联合视频教学模式主要形式为翻转课堂联合慕课和微课式教学模式:慕课式翻转课堂是现研究者较为认同的一种教学方法。但慕课式翻转课堂研究尚有局限,微课突出重点,翻转课堂突破难点,优化二者的有机结合,以实现共赢;个性化教学设计归纳了线上管理:网络在线平台、交流群、虚拟现实教学系统等运用情况,线下开展归纳了分组开展特色课堂活动、典型案例分析、异质小组合作学习以及基于:PBL、循证护理教学模式等,这些个性化的教学设计凸显了教学自主性和创新性。在翻转课堂护理教学的效果评价、即翻转课堂模式中课后反馈的环节归纳了客观评价、主观评价及评价体系的构建三方面。最后总结其优势与不足、提倡医院应合理结合翻转课堂与传统教学模式,推动护理临床教学改革。 With the help of Internet and other technical means,flipped classroom has achieved good teaching effect in clinical nursing education in recent years.This paper summarizes the application status of flipped classroom combined with Internet technology in clinical nursing teaching practice from the aspects of teaching content selection,training form,personalized teaching design,effect evaluation,etc.In terms of teaching content selection,flipped classroom is more inclined to be organized and compliant with knowledge points and theoretical content;In clinical ward rounds of flipped nursing,it is often advocated to choose rare cases,acute and severe cases or complex cases;In nursing teaching,the flipped teaching mode has the advantages of training a wide range of objects and being suitable for multiple disciplines.The main form of internet-based combined video teaching mode is flipped classroom combined with MOOCs and micro-class teaching mode:MOOCs flipped classroom is a teaching method that is widely accepted by researchers.However,there are still limitations in the research of FLIPPED classroom of MOOCs.Micro-class emphasizes the key points,flipped classroom breaks through the difficulties,and the organic combination of the two is optimized to achieve win-win results.Personalized teaching design summarizes the online management:network online platform,communication group,virtual reality teaching system,offline summarizes the group characteristic classroom activities,typical case analysis,heterogeneous group cooperation learning and based on:PBL,evidence-based nursing teaching mode,etc.,these personalized teaching design highlights the teaching autonomy and innovation.Three aspects of objective evaluation,subjective evaluation and evaluation system:the effect evaluation of flipped classroom nursing teaching,namely,the after-school feedback of flipped classroom mode,are summarized.Finally,it summarizes its advantages and deficiencies,and advocates that hospitals should reasonably combine the flipped classroom and the
