摘要
目的探究微信平台培训对新入职护士血糖监测知信行的效果。方法以50例新入职护士为对象,研究时间为2019年1月至2020年1月,25例护士实施常规血糖监测培训,视为参照组,25例护士实施微信平台培训,视为研究组,对比血糖监测知信行评分、护理态度,进行统计学分析。结果研究组培训后知识评分均高于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。研究组治疗后态度总分、行为总分均高于参照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论新入职护士采用微信平台培训,有助于提高知识评分,并改善态度与行为,应用效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。
objective to explore the effect of Wechat Platform Training on the knowledge,attitude and practice of blood glucose monitoring for new nurses.Methods from January 2019 to January 2020,50 newly recruited nurses were selected as subjects,25 nurses were trained on routine blood glucose monitoring,25 nurses were trained on wechat platform,and 25 nurses were trained on wechat platform,the KAP scores and nursing attitudes of blood glucose monitoring were compared and analyzed statistically.Results after Training,the Knowledge Score of the Study Group was higher than that of the Control Group(P<0.05).The total scores of attitude and behavior in the study group were significantly higher than those in the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion the training of new nurses on wechat platform is helpful to improve knowledge score,attitude and behavior,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
