互联网+下的翻转课堂教学模式在骨科实习教学中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的分析互联网+下的翻转课堂教学模式在骨科实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月在攀枝花市中心医院骨科实习的学生50名作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各25名,对照组接受传统带教模式,观察组接受“互联网+”下的翻转课堂教学模式,对比两组的教学效果。结果观察组的执业医师真题成绩、基础疾病诊断成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的包扎、缝合、换药、无菌操作得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的学习能力、解决问题能力以及学习兴趣评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的教学满意度(96.00%)明显优于对照组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科实习教学中运用“互联网+”下的翻转课堂教学的价值显著。 Objective To analyze the application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode under Internet+in orthopedic internship teaching.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,50 orthopaedic internship students in Panzhihua Central Hospital were selected as the observation subjects,and they were divided into control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 25 students in each group,the control group receiving the traditional teaching mode and the observation group receiving the flipped classroom teaching mode under"Internet+".The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of professional doctors'questions and basic disease diagnosis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of dressing,suture,dressing change and aseptic operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The assessment scores of learning ability,problem solving ability and interest in learning in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Students'satisfaction with teaching was significantly better in the observation group(96.00%)than in the control group(76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of using"Internet+"flipped classroom teaching in orthopedic internship teaching is significant.
