摘要 问题:诸多企业存在发展不平衡和不充分问题,如何评价诊断发现不平衡、不充分问题成为研究课题。方法:本文参考借鉴标杆管理理论和离散系数模型,构建综合标杆和管理协调度分析模型,可以对企业发展不平衡和不充分问题进行研究及量化分析,精准找出业务发展、区域发展的影响因素。实证:根据发展和协调度模型,对某企业开展实证分析,找出问题短板,并提出针对性举措,为企业发现并解决发展不平衡不充分问题提供参考和借鉴。 Problem:Many enterprises have problems of unbalanced and insufficient development.How to evaluate and diagnose the problems of unbalanced and insufficient development has become a research topic.Method:Referring to benchmarking theory and discrete coefficient model,this paper constructs a comprehensive benchmarking and management coordination analysis model,which can study and quantify the imbalance and insufficiency of enterprise development,and ac-curately find out the influencing factors of business development and regional development.Demonstration:According to the model of development and coordination degree,this paper car-ries out an empirical analysis of an enterprise,finds out the shortcomings of the problem,and puts forward some corresponding measures,which can provide reference for enterprises to find and solve the problem of insufficient development imbalance.
