摘要
在结合新型城镇化内涵的基础上,构建新型城镇化子系统指标体系,采用改进的熵值法对各指标赋权与评价,并构建耦合协调度模型,对长三角地区2007-2016年的新型城镇化子系统耦合协调度进行动态评价。结果显示:长三角地区整体新型城镇化子系统耦合协调度在逐年提升,2016年已达到中级耦合协调水平,上海市已达到良好阶段,浙江、江苏与安徽处于中级耦合协调水平,但安徽相对落后;另外,长三角各市之间新型城镇化子系统耦合协调度的差距在不断扩大。
Based on the connotation of the new urbanization, the paper constructs an index system of the new urbanization subsystem, empowers and evaluates each index with the improved entropy method, and builds a coupling coordination degree model to dynamically evaluate the coupling and coordination degree of the new urbanization in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2007 to 2016. The results show that the coupling coordination degree of the whole new urbanization subsystem in the Yangtze River Delta region is increasing year by year, reaching the intermediate coordination degree by 2016. Shanghai has reached a good stage, while Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Anhui are at the intermediate coordination degree. In addition, the gap of the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization subsystems among cities in the Yangtze River Delta is expanding.
