摘要
以丝绸之路经济带重要节点城市吐鲁番市为靶区,以2006-2015年吐鲁番市城镇化与旅游业的相关数据为基础,通过构建城镇化与旅游业两大系统的评价指标体系,运用熵值法计算各指标权重,基于协调耦合协调模型对2006-2015年吐鲁番市城镇化与旅游业的耦合关系进行综合分析.结果表明:(1) 2006-2015年,吐鲁番市城镇化与旅游业的综合评价指数呈上升趋势;(2)借鉴耦合模型,吐鲁番市城镇化与旅游业的耦合度在近十年一直处于拮抗阶段;(3)两大系统协调类型由中度失调转向濒临失调,协调程度为不协调.滞碍关系表征为:2006年旅游业滞后,2007年城镇化滞后,2008-2009年旅游业滞后,2010-2011年城镇化滞后,2012年后旅游业持续滞后.
Based on the relevant data during the 2006-2015 years and the coupling coordination model,Turpan,an important core city of the Silk Road Economic Belt,was chosen as the objective to analyze its coupling relationship between urbanization and tourism.We established the evaluation index system for urbanization and tourism and then applied entropy method to define weighting and evaluation.The results showed that:(1)In the ten years of 2006-2015,the comprehensive evaluation index for urbanization and tourism in Turpan took an upward trend.(2)The coupling degree,in the ten years,was at incompatible stage according the measurement using coupling coordination model.(3)The type of coordination between the two systems was already shifted from modest disorder to nearly mal-adjusted,the level of it belongs to disorder.Finally,the obstacles in the coordination relationship were characterized by:tourism lagged behind in 2006,urbanization lagged behind in 2007,tourism lagged behind in 2008-2009,urbanization lagged behind in 2010-2011,and tourism kept backward from 2012 to 2015.
