摘要
动脉粥样硬化(Atherosclerosis, AS)是一种慢性炎症性疾病,也是导致心脑血管疾病发生的重要因素。AS的形成及发展与脂质代谢功能紊乱、炎症反应等多种因素密切相关。黄连解毒汤作为具有抗炎、降血脂和稳定斑块等多种功效的中药复方,在治疗抗动脉粥样硬化病变方面具有显著疗效。因此,本文通过探索黄连解毒汤中的有效成分抗动脉粥样硬化的治疗效果,以期深入了解黄连解毒汤的药理作用机制,为进一步深入利用清热解毒法防治AS开拓新思路。
Atherosclerosis (AS) is a chronic inflammatory disease and an important factor leading to cardio-vascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The formation and development of AS is closely related to lipid metabolism dysfunction, inflammatory response and other factors. Huanglian Jiedu Decoction, as a traditional Chinese medicine compound with anti-inflammatory, hypolipidemic and plaque-stabilizing effects, has a wide range of significant curative effects in the treatment of an-ti-atherosclerotic lesions. Therefore, this paper explores the therapeutic effect of the active ingre-dients in Huanglian Jiedu Decoction against atherosclerosis, in order to gain an in-depth under-standing of the pharmacological mechanism of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction, and open up new ideas for further use of heat-clearing and detoxifying methods to prevent and treat AS.
