摘要
研究了黑曲霉Aspergillusniger 2 38发酵曲的最佳浸提条件。结果表明以 5倍 2 %CaCl2 溶液 ,于 30℃ ,1 2 0r min条件下浸提 1 .5h为佳。通过浓缩得到了浓缩酶液 。
The extracting conditions of the fermented medium of Aspergillus niger 238 were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions were extracted at 30℃,120 r/min for 1.5 h with 5 fold 2% CaCl 2. Then the extracting liquid was condensed and the stability of condensed liquid was also studied.
