摘要
采用DNS(3,5-二硝基水杨酸)法对在不同储存条件下储存的4种酶制剂(分别为A酶,B酶,C酶,D酶)中的β-葡聚糖酶和木聚糖酶的活力进行了测定。结果表明,经过不同时间和温度储存的酶制剂,其活力均有不同程度的损失。通过测定找到β-葡聚糖和木聚糖酶酶制剂的最佳储存条件。
The effects of different store condi tions on the activities of xylanase a ndβ-glucanase were determined.The results showed that the activities of enzymes were reduced a t different degree under the differe nt store conditions.
