摘要
探讨了浸提倍数、稀释倍数、浸提次数对饲用木聚糖酶活性测定结果的影响。研究表明 :在测定条件一致的情况下 ,酶制剂浸提倍数、稀释倍数、浸提次数对酶活测定结果均有显著影响。浸提倍数在 2 0~ 80倍时测得的酶活处于上升趋势 ;待测酶液稀释 1 0 0 0倍时 ,测得的酶活最高 ,稀释 80 0~ 1 0 0 0倍时酶活较稳定 ;从实验操作和浸提效果看 。
The influence of soak multiple, dilution multiple and soaking times on the activity of a xylanase was studied. The result showed that in case assay conditions were identical, the soak multiple, dilution multiple and soaking times of crude xylanase all influenced the activity of the xylanase. When the soak multiple was 20~80, the activity of the xylanase trended towards increasing. When the enzyme solution were diluted by 1000 and 800~1 000 times respectively, the activity of xylanase was the highest and stable accordingly. The study indicated that soaking only for once could meet the requirement of the assay.
