摘要
探讨了木聚糖酶活测定中的几个关键因素对酶活测值的影响,并以此为主要依据,建立了应用DNS法测定饲用木聚糖酶活力的方法:在40℃,pH5.0条件下,底物浓度1%,酶促反应时间10min,DNS显色5min,于波长540~550nm处测定吸光度A。
This study discussed various factors of affecting xylanase activity and a measuring method of feed xylanase by the DNS. The results showed that the absorbance of the hydrolysis products was at the wave length of 540-550 nm with the optimum conditions of reaction temperature of 40℃,pH of 5.0,concentration of substrate of 1%, reaction time of 10 min,and heating time of 5 min.
