摘要
本文研究了橄榄绿链霉菌(Streptomycesolivaceoviridis)E-86固体发酵产木聚糖酶,系统探讨了不同碳源、不同氮源、温度、初始含水量、初始pH、接种量及培养时间对该菌产木聚糖酶的影响。结果表明:麸皮是橄榄绿链霉菌E-86固体发酵产木聚糖酶的最优碳源。发酵条件为麸皮100%,酵母提取物(yeast)1%+胰蛋白胨(tryptone)1%,基本营养盐溶液200%,发酵温度35℃,初始pH值6.5左右。木聚糖酶活最高,达1558.5U/g。
Streptomyces olivaceoviridis E-86 was used for the production of extracellular xylanase on various agro-residues in solid-state fermentation (SSF). Among different agro-residues, wheat bran produced the highest xylanase activity. The highest xylanase activity was up to 1558.62 U/g dry matter when the following conditions were used: wheat bran as a carbon source, wheat bran to mineral salt solution ratio of 1:2, 1% yeast extraction+1% tryptone, beginning pH=6.5, 35℃.
