递增负荷力竭运动对血清CK、CK-MB活性的影响 被引量:17

摘要 为了探讨递增负荷力竭运动对血清CK、CK MB活性的影响,采用实验对比法,观察在功率自行车上进行的递增负荷运动对血清CK、CK MB活性的影响。结果表明运动后即刻血清CK的活性急剧升高,然后逐渐下降,并且在运动后6h能够恢复到原始水平;而CK MB活性没有显著改变。CK对评价大强度运动训练效果具有重要意义,可以作为评价无氧训练效果的指标。 To explore the effects of incremental exhausting exercise on the activity of CK、CK-MB in serum, the article studied the effects of incremental exhausting exercise on the activity of CK and CK-MB in serum by the method of experimental contrast.The results showed that the level of CK activity increased sharply at the immediate time of post-exercise and decreosed gradually.It would recavered to the original level after 6 hours of post-exercise. Meanwhile,the activtiy of CK-MB changed insignificantly. Furthermore,the index of CK was appropriate to value the effect of anaerobic training.
