摘要 传统的观点认为,举重属典型的高能磷酸化供能的运动项目。运用运动生理学、运动生物化学、运动训练学的理论,随训练和比赛进行了跟踪测试与实验。结果表明,举重运动并非典型的高能磷酸化供能为主的运动项目,而是以无氧代谢为主混合供能的运动项目。根据实验结果,结合现代举重训练的特点,该研究提出了运用能量代谢规律指导举重训练的理论与方法。 According to traditional opinion, weight-lifting is a typical sports item of energetic phosphoric acid supplying energy. Using theories of sports physiology, sports biochemistry and sports training the trace and experiment following training and competition were made. The results showed that weight-lifting was a mixed energy supplying sports rtem dominantly from anaerobic metabolism instead of from typical energetic phosphoric acid. Basing on experimental results and combining modern weight-lifting training characteristic, the study put forward the theory and method of guiding weight-lifting training by rules of energy metabolism.
