马拉松赛对业余选手身体机能和代谢影响的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨马拉松赛对业余选手机体的机能和代谢的影响,为作风险评估提供依据。方法于2009年1月和2010年1月两届厦门国际马拉松赛期间,选择参加全程马拉松赛的业余选手54人,于赛前,赛后分别进行体质量,电解质,血气,血糖,乳酸,心肌酶、应激激素等47项指标的实地检测,并作出分析比较。结果赛前有1/3的中老年选手ECG,心脏彩超,X线胸片有轻度改变;赛前,赛后47项指标检测结果显示绝大多数指标在正常范围内波动,但少数指标出现严重异常,如失液6 000 ml,占体质量的8.7%,皮温32.2℃,pH7.20,PaCO224 mmHg,H C O9-mmol/L,BE-18 mmol/L,PaO231 mmHg,SaO258%,CK3 538 U/L,CK-MB 99.7 U/L,cTn-I 0.09 ng/L等。结论 马拉松赛对少数业余选手机体的机能和代谢确实有明显的影响,存在潜在的危险,提示参赛者应量力而行。 Objective To research the effect of marathon sports on physical function and metabolism of amateurish athletes and to give the risk evaluations.Methods 54 cases(47 male and 7 female) from the whole distance were chosen during Xiamen international marathon match in January 2009 and January 2010.There were 47 physiological targets which include body weight,electrolyte,blood gas,blood sugar,lactic acid,myocardial enzyme and stress hormone etc al were monitored on the spot,analyzed and compared during the match.Results There were 1/3 aged amateurish athletes' ECG,heart color supersonic and x-ray sternum were changed a little.The mass of the 47 physiological targets were during the normal range,but some ones were seriously abnormal,for example someone lost fluid 6000ml,correspond to 8.7% of the body weight.Someone's skin temperature 32.2℃,pH 7.20,PaCO2 24mmHg,HCO- 9mmol/L,BE-18mmol/L,PaO2 31mmHg,SaO2 58%,CK 3538U/L,CK-MB 99.7U/L,cTn-I 0.09ng/L etc al.Conclusion The results showed that during marathon sports there were obviously disturbances to the amateurs' physical function and metabolism.It was a big challenge to them.The abnormal results suggested that there were many dangers to the amateurs.It reminded that the fans of the marathon sports should do exercise before match,do according to their abilities.
