摘要
介绍了一种实用的液压振动钻孔装置。该装置安装在车床尾座上 ,可实现振动钻孔。试验表明 :振动钻孔精度可达 IT9~ IT7,表面粗糙度达 Ra3.2~ 1.6μm。该文还从理论上论证了超低频振动切削加工也可提高工件的加工质量。
This paper introduces the developing process of an actual hydraulic vibration drilling apparatus,which is installed on a lathe tailstock to achieve the vibration drilling. The test indicated that the precision reached IT9~IT7 and roughness Ra3 2~1 6 μm. The work of this paper proved that the cutting quality could be improved by ultra-low frequency.
