摘要
切屑顺利排出是BTA深孔加工的重要环节,是直接影响正常生产的关键问题,而断屑问题的解决是良好排屑的前提条件。通过对BTA深孔钻头排屑通道的研究,提出了理想切屑的形态以及断屑的主要措施。尤其对振动钻削断屑进行了深入地理论分析,通过实验,探讨了切屑形态变化与切削参数之间的关系,总结出断屑的最佳切削条件。
The chip removed smoothly is major link during the BTA deep hole processing, for direct influencing regular production. The solution of chip breaker is prerequisite. The channel of chip removal is researched, the ideal shape of chip and main measures for chip removal is put forward. Especially the chip breaker of vibration drilling is theoretically analyzed. The relations between the chip shape and the cutting parameters discussed and the best cutting conditions are summarized by experimental tests.
