摘要
振动钻削是实现精密、无排屑故障深孔加工的必要条件。文章对振动钻削理论进行系统分析,给出了断屑条件,并在此基础上建立了振动钻削加工过程动力学模型,通过解析计算和实验验证,总结出该模型能够对振动钻削系统的振幅损失进行估算,从而为实现振动钻削过程的自主控制奠定理论基础。
Vibratory drilling is necessary for precise and non-escape chips breakdown during deep-hole processing. The theory of vibration drilling is systematically analyzed and the conditions of broken chip are given. According to above discussion, the dynamics mode is established. The losing of amplitude is calculated and proved by experimentation, and a theoretical foundation for successful automatic controlling of vibratory drilling is laid down.
