摘要
在振动钻削断屑机理基础上建立振动钻削加工过程动力学模型,通过解析计算,总结出该模型能够对振动钻削系统的振幅损失进行估算,进而分析系统的稳定性,指出了钻削时应避免i的取值接近0或0.5和系统共振区。
The theory of vibration drilling is systematically analyzed and the conditions of broken chip are given. According to above discussion, the dynamics mode is estabhshed. The losing of amplitude is calculated . The stability is analysed. It is pointed out that i = 0.05 and resonance range should avoided when drilling.
