摘要
现行的教育变革方式和学校管理模式强调外在控制 ,但由于监督成本高 ,与执着于长期目标的教育变革间存在着不可协调的内在矛盾。知识经济的创新型个性化的生产方式要求学校成为学习型学校。学习型学校的建设需要改变思维方式 ,从机械式思维转变到生态渐进的建设性思维 ;需要重新理解校本化的教师专业发展 ,建立校本知识生产与分享系统 ;需要实施新型的学校领导方式 ,使教育改革进入良性的渐进的生态进化过程。
The current way of education reform and the mode of school administration emphasize external control, but it conflicts inherently with the aim of education reform which focuses on the long-run effect because of the high monitoring cost. The innovative productive mode of knowledge economy requires the school become the learning school. Learning school is a school which can keep the sustainable change and pursue the excellence. To construct the learning school, we need to alter the thinking way from mechanicalism to super-complex and coonstructive way, to re-understand school-based teacher professional training, to set up the school-based knowledge producing and sharing system, to implement new way of school leadership. All these efforts will make the education reform enter a self-reinforced gradually evolving process.
