摘要
目的:探讨医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳的临床效果。方法:总结744例医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳手术的资料,统计分析其临床效果和并发症。结果:优522例,占70.12％;良好210例,占28.20％;差12例,占1.68％。并发症45例,占6.15％。结论:医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳手术操作简单,创伤小、痛苦轻,效果真实可靠,并发症少而易于处理。
Objective To discuss the clilical effect of augmentation mammoplasty by polyacrylamide hydrogel injection. Methods To summarize the data of 744 cases with augmentation mammoplasty and to statistica and analyse its clinical effect and complication. Results 522 cases, the rate is 70. 12%, have excellent apperance; 210 cases, the rate is 28. 20%, have better apperance; 12 cases, the rate is 1.68%, have worse apperance. 45 cases have complications, its rate is 6.15%. Conclusion Polyacrylamide hydrogel for augmentation mammoplasty is a safe uncomplicated and mild reaction method and has less complication which is easily solved.
