摘要
我科自１９９８ 年７ 月至１９９９ 年９ 月应用医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶Ｐｏｌｙａｃｒｙｌａｍｉｄｅ Ｈｙｄｒｏｇｅｌ（ＰＡＨＧ）填充组织３６ 例，隆乳术１４ 例，双侧填充总量为３００～５００ｍｌ（平均３７２ｍｌ）。一次性注入１１ 例，补充２ 次注射３ 例。术中、术后１ 周均行按摩，１４ 例中３ 例术后曾出现硬结，经按摩后消失。１ 例术后上肢活动有轻微疼痛３ 周后消失，１ 例术后感染经处理后治愈，１１ 例获２ ～１０ 个月随诊，外形、手感均满意。本文介绍一点进针，在乳腺后间隙均匀推注，形成一整块水凝胶，然后按摩塑形的方法。
From 1998. 7 to 1999. 9 the authors have applied polyacrylamide hydrogel(PAHG) in 36 cases of soft tissue augmentation, in which 14 cases were augmentation mammoplasty, the volume of bilateral breast filling was 300～500ml(averaged 372ml). In 11 cases, the fill-in procedure was performed in one stage. In the other 3 cases additional injection was needed. Intra and post operative massage was given. 3 patients developed hard nodule in breast postoperatively, and disappeared after massage. Slight pain occurred in upper limb of 1 patient postoperatively and disappeared 3 weeks later. Infection happened in 1 patient and eventually recovered. 11 cases have followed up for 2～10 months. Both appearance and feeling were satisfactory. This article introduces an one needle method of PAHG into the retromammary space forming an integrate mass then the appearance was remolded by massage.
