摘要
目的:处理聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术并发症的根本方法是取出异物,为能准确、比较彻底地取出异物,同时对组织损伤小、较好地保存好乳房的形态,寻求一种定位准确、直接引导穿刺抽吸方向、动态监测抽吸效果的方法。方法:用超声探查注射隆乳术并发症患者的乳房情况,对异物定位,引导穿刺抽吸方向,动态监测抽吸状况。结果:2002年6月至2004年6月笔者用超声定位引导穿刺抽吸方向、动态观测异物抽吸情况17例,即时取出异物,乳房硬结消失,术后随访,效果良好。结论:超声定位引导、动态监测负压抽吸注射隆乳术后异物,能够达到抽吸部位准确、异物去除彻底的目的,对乳房损伤小、效果好。
Objective To find an effective method to take out the implants after the complications of augmentation mammoplasty occurred. Methods The breasts of 17 patients with the complications of augmentation mammoplasty were detected and the implants in them were located by ultrasound.Aspiration was guided and dynamically monitored by ultrasound while it was performed. Results All the implants were successfully and completely taken out and the clinical symptoms disappeared during the follow-up. Conclusion The aspiration guided and dynamically monitored by ultrasound can accurately and completely take out the implants after the complications of augmentation mammoplasty with little injury and satisfactory effects.
