摘要
目的:探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射式隆乳术后并发症处理的几种术式选择。方法:总结86例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶并发症的处理方法,根据不同情况,采用不同的抽吸、手术切开等方法,总结治疗效果。结果:86例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射式隆乳术后的就诊者中,对无明显器质性改变,仅因心理压力过大而迫切要求取出水凝胶的32例求术者,采用脂肪抽吸式方法抽吸;对于并发硬结明显大而硬者,采用乳晕下1/2半环切开,抽吸水凝胶彻底摘出硬结;水凝胶注入胸大肌内、后间隙者可采用腋下横切口,分离胸大肌将乳腺后间隙水凝胶向胸大肌下间隙挤出抽吸到清亮液体后,同期放入假体于胸大肌后间隙。有严重感染者,必须作乳房下皱襞切口,彻底引流,反复大量抗生素盐水冲洗,留置引流管,每日从管内注入抗生素,感染控制后拔管。结论:对于聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射式隆乳术后并发症的处理方法的选择,可根据不同情况来选择不同的抽吸处理方法,可最大程度地清除水凝胶以缓解症状,解除心理负担、保留乳房的形态,获得满意效果。

Conclusion Injecting polyacrylamide hydrogel implant complications of treatment options different under different circumstances to deal weth the suction method can remove the greatest extent hydregel to alleviate symptoms psychological lift,breast forms,the results are satisfactory.
