摘要
在阐述对现代图书馆人力资源管理效益进行评价的意义和分析现代图书馆人力资源管理活动与职能基础上 ,从协调、效率和效果三个维度提出构建现代图书馆人力资源管理综合评价体系的设想 。
The paper explains the importance of human resource management's evaluation system for modern library, analyses the functions of human resource management in modern library. Based on the above analysis, makes the ideas to construct the evaluation system of human resource management for modern library from harmony, efficiency and result. Finally, the paper discusses how to operate the evaluation system in modern library.
