摘要
研究了水稻中后期功能叶片中促进类植物内源激素IAA,GAs含量和可溶液性糖、蛋白质含量的变化,分析了它们间的相关性:内源激素IAA与GAs间呈负相关,营养生长期叶片中IAA高于GAs,拔节后各时期叶片中GAs则高于IAA;各时期可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白质含量呈极显著的正相关,相关系数为0.953;GAs和IAA共同调控光合产物合成,其中GAs的调控作用强于IAA、可溶性蛋白质受调控的作用高于可溶性糖。
The dynamic changes in the contents of endogenous hormones IAA and GAs and soluble sugars and protein were monitored in rice plants at their mid- and late-growth stages. IAA was found to be in negative correlation with GAs, IAA had higher content than GAs in the vegetative growth stages and GAs content was higher than IAA at the growth stages after jointing. Soluble sugars were in highly significant positive correlation with soluble protein content at various growing stages, R being 0.953. GAs and IAA co-regulated the synthesis of photosynthates, GAs having a greater effect than IAA, and they had a greater regulatory effect on soluble protein than on soluble sugars.
