水稻生育后期蛋白质组差异表达的图谱分析 被引量:4

摘要 从蛋白质组学角度对水稻生育后期的叶片蛋白质组变化进行了研究,利用Imagemaster 2D Elite 5.0软件对所得到的双向电泳图谱进行分析比较,以揭示水稻叶片蛋白质组的表达差异。结果表明,经图谱分析共得到差异蛋白质点47个,其中孕穗期及抽穗期新增蛋白质点6个,21个随生育进程表达丰度增加,6个蛋白质点表达丰度逐渐减弱,其它14个蛋白质点呈无规则变化,多表现为在某个生育时期具有峰值;蛋白质是细胞功能执行者,受细胞功能或细胞环境变化的影响,因此,上述蛋白质发生变化的原因可能与水稻后期的发育转变有关系。 The differential expression proteins of leaves in the late developmental stage of rice were studied from the proteomics point of view, and those proteins were separated with 2-DE and then analyzed with Imagemaster 2D Elite 5.0 in order to search for their differential expression in leaves, The study showed that the number of detected differential expression protein spots was 47, among which there were 6 new protein spots that just appeared at booting and heading stages, 21 protein spots increased and 6 protein spots decreased with the rice development, and the other 14 proteins changed irregularly in expression abundance but most of them had their peaks in expression abundance at a certain developmental stage. The protein is the performer of cell's function and influenced by the variation of cell's function or cell environment, therefore, the reason that caused the above proteins change should be related with the rice development transforms at late stage.
