摘要
研究了氨基酸钙对灵芝生长和代谢产物合成的影响,考察了灵芝生物量、多糖、氨基氮和活性钙的变化。结果显示,在培养液中添加200μg/g的氨基酸钙能够增加生物量和代谢产物的产率;灵芝的生物量、活性钙、多糖和氨基氮分别提高了37.50%,189.61%,37.76%和50.00%;当氨基酸钙的浓度高于400μg/g时,对灵芝的生物和代谢产物的合成有抑制作用。
The effects of Calcium amino acid on the growth and metabolites synthesis of Gamoderma lucidum were studied. The change of biomass, polysaccharide, nitrogen amino and active calcium of Gamoderma lucidum were examined. The results showed that 200μg/g concentration of calcium amino acid increased biomass and metabolite production. The biomass, active calcium, polysaccharide and nitrogen amino yield of Gamoderma lucidum were increased by 37.5%, 189.61%, 37.76% and 50.00%, respectively. The calcium amino acid content was as high as 400μg/g, calcium amino acid restrained growth and metabolite synthesis of Gamoderma lucidum.
