烟草叶片组织块悬浮培养合成辅酶Q_(10)的动力学研究 被引量:2

Dynamic Research on Synthesis CoQ_(10) from Tobacco Leaves′ Tissue Pieces in Suspension Culture

摘要 以新鲜烟草(Nicotiana tobaccum L.)叶片制得的组织块为研究对象,建立一种烟草叶片组织块悬浮培养合成辅酶Q10的方法。用优化的培养体系进行烟草叶片组织块悬浮培养,在不同的培养时间,对组织块的干重、培养液中水溶性总糖、对羟基苯甲酸以及组织块中辅酶Q10的含量进行测定,在分析影响底物消耗和产物合成的内在因素的基础上,提出相应的烟草叶片组织块悬浮培养动力学模型。本文建立的动力学模型可以很好地描述烟草叶片组织块悬浮培养的过程。 Taking the tissue pieces obtained from fresh tobacco leaves(Nicotiana tobaccum L.) as research objects,the method of synthesizing CoQ10 from tobacco leaves' tissue mass in suspension culture was established.The dry weight of tissue pieces,total soluble sugar in nutrient solution,P-hydroxybenzonic acid and the content of CoQ10 in tissue pieces were all determined at different culture time after cultivating the tissue mass in optimized culture system.The dynamic model of culturing relative tobacco leaves' tissue pieces was proposed based on the analysis of internal factors affecting the substrate consumption and product synthesis,which could well describe the culture process.
