茄尼醇对大鼠实验性牙周炎的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨茄尼醇对大鼠实验性牙周炎的影响。方法:选取SD大鼠126只,随机分为正常组(N组),牙周炎组(P组)、维生素C组(Vit C组)、茄尼醇低剂量组(S1组)、中剂量组(S2组)、高剂量组(S3组)。灌胃给药第2、4、6周,随机抽取6只,采血检测血浆中IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2、SOD、GSH-Px、MDA水平;测量大鼠牙槽骨附着丧失,并行HE染色、TRAP染色。结果:茄尼醇可降低血浆中IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2水平;增加SOD、GSH-Px活力,减少MDA含量。结论:茄尼醇可抑制和缓解大鼠实验性牙周炎。 Objective To investigate the effect of solanesol on oxidative stress index and inflammatory factors in plasma of experi- mental periodontitis rats. Methods 126 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into normal group (n), model group (P), vitamin C group (VC), solanesol low, medium, high dose group . Intragastric administration for week 2, 4, 6, 6 rats were randomly selected to detect IL - 1β, TNF -α, PGE2, SOD, GSH - Px, MDA of their peripheral blood ; The ABL value was detected, and the HE staining and TRAP staining were performed. Results solanesol could significantly decrease the levels of IL - 1β, TNF - α, PGE2 ; the activity of GSH -Px and SOD increase more, and MDA decrease. Conclusion solanesol can inhibit the experimental periodontitis in rats.
