As we all know, food ingredients are a necessary part of food industry. We are pleased that large numbers of enterprises developed rapidly and were able to compete with transnational companies. But it will be a worrying problem that there has had an integrated standard of ingredients when large foreign enterprises are pouring in Chinese market. The food ingredient has been very important function in modernized food industry, and has already incorporated to every field.
