摘要
用树脂法分离提取无花果皮红色素,对提取条件及其抗氧化性进行了研究。试验结果表明:D101-A树脂对无花果皮红色素有较强的吸附作用,70%乙醇溶液洗脱,得到收率8.68%的色素产品。无花果皮红色素能有效清除羟基自由基(.OH)和DPPH自由基,与Vc对照表现出较好的抗氧化性。
A red pigment was extracted from pericarp of Ficus carica L.by resin technology and its antioxidant activity were studied.The results showed that D101-A resin has the best performance of absorbing the red pigment.It was desorbed by 70 % ethanol and the extracting rate is 8.68 %.The red pigment has good ability of scavenging to hydroxyl free radical(·OH) and DPPH free radical,it has better antioxidant activity than VC.
