摘要
21世纪人力资源管理在企业中的地位日趋重要。通过对矿业人力资源管理的现状分析,结合当前我国国有企业发展理论、市场经济发展理论,对我国矿山企业人力资源管理的改革进行了探讨,以期对我国国民经济的发展有所参考。
In the 21st century, human resource management is playing a more and more important role in the enterprises. Based on an analysis on the present situation and the theory of business development and market economics development, the authors discussed the reforms of human resource management in the state-owned mine enterprises and provided a reference for our national economic development.
