摘要
高素质、结构合理的矿山人力资源对矿山企业的发展具有极大的作用,针对当前矿山企业在人力资源管理上观念陈旧、规划不科学、过程不科学等问题,要牢固树立人力资源是企业战略资源的观念,建立科学的人力资源规划与配置机制,积极完善矿山企业的绩效评估体系,不断改进矿山企业薪酬激励体系,促进矿山人力资源管理的科学发展。
High-quality, well- structured human resources play a great role in mining enterprises' development. In view of current problems on mining enterprises, such as old sense of human resource management, unscientific planning and process ere,it is necessary to firmly establish the sense that human resource is the strategy resource of enterprises, to establish scientific human resources planning and allocation mechanism, to actively improve min- ing enterprise evaluation system, to continuously improve mining enterprises incentive pay system, and promote scientific development of mining human resources management.
