摘要 目的建立溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定法同时检测工作场所空气中13种挥发性有机物的分析方法。方法空气样品经活性炭管采集,二硫化碳溶剂解吸,TM-FFAP毛细管柱分离,火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果在所建立的试验条件下,13种物质分离良好,相关系数均>0.999 6,检出限为0.39 mg/L~5.4 mg/L,相对标准偏差<4.5%,解吸效率为81.2%~98.4%。结论该方法能够有效分离和准确测定空气中13种有机物,具有较好的精密度与准确度,适合较复杂工作场所中空气毒物的测定,同时也为工作场所现场有害物质的识别提供支持。 Objective To establish a analysis method for simultaneous determination of 13 volatile organic compounds in workplace air with solvent desorption-capillary gas chromatography.Methods The sample was collected with activated carbon tube,then desorbed with carbon disulfide,separated with capillary chromatographic column of TM-FFAP,and finally detected by flame ionization detector(FID),and the retention times were used for qualitative study and the external standard method was used for quantitative study.Results Under the experimental conditions,the 13 poisonous substances were separated well.The correlative coefficients were all above 0.999 6,the detection limits were 0.39 mg/L-5.4 mg/L with relative standard deviations of lower than 4.5%,the desorption efficiency was in the range of 81.2%to 98.4%.Conclusion This method can effectively separate and accurately determine the 13 volatile organic compounds in workplace air with better accuracy and precision.This method was suitable for the determination of air toxics in the complex workplace and provided support to identify poisonous substances in workplace air.
