摘要
目的建立同时测定工作场所空气中丙酮、丁酮、甲基异丁基甲酮、异佛尔酮的溶剂解吸毛细管柱气相色谱法。方法采用活性炭管采集空气样品,用二硫化碳解吸后进样,经CP-WAX 52CB毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)分离,使用FID检测器,用气相色谱法测定,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果丙酮、丁酮、甲基异丁基甲酮和异佛尔酮分离良好,出峰时间分别为2.700 min、3.305 min、4.097 min、7.597 min,线性关系良好,其相关系数r>0.999,各组分检出限为0.13μg/ml^1.1μg/ml,加标回收率为95.5%~105%。结论该方法操作简单,重现性好,测定精密度高,结果准确可靠,减少了采样的重复,节约了检测时间和成本,符合GBZ/T 210.4—2008中《工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求,适用于同时测定工作场所空气中丙酮等4种有机化合物。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of acetone,butanone,methyl isobutyl ketone,isophorone by solvent desorption capillary gas chromatography in workplace air. Methods The air samples were collected with activated carbon tubes,then desorbed with CS2,separated with CP WAX 52 CB capillary column( 30 m × 0. 25 mm,0. 25 μm)and detected by GC with FID. The retention time was used in qualitative analysis and peak area in the quantification analysis.Results Acetone,Butanone,Methyl isobutyl ketone,and Isophorone were separated well with different retention time 2. 700 min,3. 305 min,4. 097 min,7. 597 min. The linear relationship was good,and the correlation coefficient r〉0. 999. The detection limits and the addictive recovery rate were 0. 13 μg / ml-1. 1 μg / ml and 95. 5%-105% respectively. Conclusion The method established here,which was easy to operate,reliable in results,time and cost saving and presented with good RSD and recovery,met the requirements of The Determination Method of Chemical Substances in Workplace Air in GBZ / T210. 4-2008 and was suitable for simultaneous determination of the above 4 organic compounds in workplace air.
